The Opportunity
We are seeking an organized, efficient, and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team full-time. This critical role ensures that we deliver on the promises we make to our clients and requires working closely with both our team and clients. It’s a wide range of job duties, and we promise you won’t get bored!

Responsibilities
Advisor Support
- Prepare investment model reviews (quarterly), complete fund research, and coordinate model meeting agendas/notes.
- Conduct investment research and gather information for client employer retirement plan options as directed by advisors.
- Support mutual fund trade preparation and quarterly rebalancing in collaboration with advisors.
- Support advisors in client meeting preparation, including agenda development and planning updates.
- Support advisors in attending client meetings and executing meeting follow-up tasks, including service requests, research, plan updates, and client correspondence.
Client Service & Financial Planning
- Handle customer service tasks, including responding to client inquiries and providing information, ensuring all updates are documented in the CRM system (Redtail).
- Manage all aspects of client meeting scheduling, including monitoring clients due for review, scheduling meetings, and confirming via email or phone call.
- Manage and maintain data in financial planning software (eMoney) and related tools including client onboarding & account setup, document organization, profile edits, plan setup, and investment updates.
- Manage and execute scheduled client-related processes, including annual RMD report generation and quarterly client billing.
- Execute client experience initiatives, including birthday cards, WOWs, and client gifts.
- Step in to handle account-related paperwork, like new accounts, transfers, and beneficiary changes when the Administrative Assistant is out of office.
Administrative
- Handle miscellaneous operational activities; collaborate on special projects as needed.
- Serve as point person for ordering supplies and occasional errands.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, confident, professional, detail-oriented, efficient, and a strong team player
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with investments and/or a passion for financial planning (or experience in a similar role) is a plus
